My difficulty ordering food made me complain to my school's Accessibility Website I know some people may not agree with what I did, but here it goes. I go to a University and I often have trouble ordering food, though I practice ordering and felt good last term. I will sometimes order and I get stuck when I have to say my name and I often feel rushed and pressured. Some people have even been a bit rude. Or some of them repeat the question to me and I can't tell them I have a stutter, cause that adds to the pressure. So, I complained to the Accessibility Education center and they will talk to their people and remind them to be more mindful of people who have stutters, other speech impediments, or accents. I felt it was right and I hope I get some help here. We're all humans. It may seem like I took the easy way out, but I have been working hard at my stutter and to have people do this, gets my hopes down.
