Pretty much. I just, like yoga style, breathe in and breathe out (let all that tension out). It's not fool-proof, but it generally helps. I also talk in front of a lot of people fairly regularly. What I do try not to worry or rehearse what I'm going to say. I just have a couple bullet points I know I want to hit and let it all come out. If not, I'll obsess over specific words and it just makes me more nervous.
