Been there, can relate. It's gonna sound cliche, but you just have to endure and eventually things do get better. Some actionable things I'd recommend: 1. Do some light physical exercise. Even a 20 minute walk outside every day helps a lot. 2. Find something you enjoy doing and become good at it. Being good at something gives you confidence and is a great distraction to all the negative thoughts.
