Anxiety about my Job

Anxiety about my Job Hi everybody! Honestly I’m probably just looking for some affirmation or good positive words because I’m trying to say them to myself but it’s kinda hard. I work in a call center and let’s just say I’ve always had a stutter , very minimal to the point sometimes it was non-existent. However in May 2022 it just .. came back ? I don’t even know why or how. Anyways my job is hybrid, I genuinely prefer being at home than in person although I think maybe it isn’t helping and as some people here have suggested in person communication can help improve a stutter. Anyways, my job hired some new people and I’m scheduled in person next week and I’m almost 100% sure I’ll be paired to train someone where they just listen to me make the calls and assist. I’m literally so nervous about it, I may even call out but that would be me calling out x2 in a week (I’m scheduled IP twice next week). I don’t know how to feel or what to do. On my calls I stutter on the word date (when asking date of birth) so I just say (month, tttttthey (substituting date) and year of birth). I’ve started stuttering on J’s (J-j-January) … idk what to do.
