I stutter when I get anxious I didnt use to have a big stuttering problem, I still dont tbh but it has gotten worse. When I talk casually with my family or with my friends, or when I am reading (alone) out loud, I rarely stutter. But since I stuttered during a school presentation and some of my classmates laughed, I get really nervous every time I have to speak to someone I dont know well. I am trying to tell myself that there is no reason to be anxious but it doesnt work. I even stuttered saying my own name a few days ago, just because of the anxiety. If you had a similar problem how did you fix it?
