Struggling with work and stuttering

Struggling with work and stuttering I answer and redirect phone calls all day at my job. I don't have to do sales or talk much but I do have to say "Hi thank you for calling ...would you please hold?" Lately my block has been giving me trouble and I can't say the name of where I work and so I just sound either dumb or nervous. Its very embarrassing! Help?!
