Building accent as a non-native English speaker?

Building accent as a non-native English speaker? My English used to be almost stutter-free until one day I decided that I wanna sound like a native. And that ruined my speech to the extent I cannot speak even when I'm alone. I presume it's because I worry too much about the way I sound. Maybe you can recommend how to overdo it or just throw away and speak as I can?
