> Mainly because I'm not worried about being wrong Glad to know I'm not alone. I feel as though 90% of my blocks come from insidious and barely perceptible thoughts that make me doubt what's about to come out of my own mouth. For example: >are you sure? >you don't know that 100% >if you're wrong you'll make a fool of yourself >nobody cares about your input on this topic >they can see through you, you're just a fraud The less power I've slowly allowed these thoughts to have over me, the less — or at least less violently — I seem to block. Pretty much any confidence boost seems to come with a boost of fluency as well.
