Hey, now that you’re 21, how about looking into psychological treatment again? Since you’re an adult now any psychologist will keep your information safe. As someone who stuttered severely during childhood and adolescence, I understand where you’re coming from. I have wanted to end it all as well due to my stutter. But, I’m in my mid 20s now, and thanks to mostly therapy and my own work, I feel much better now. Maybe this could be a possibility for you too? It might seem hopeless now, but there is hope, I promise. You deserve to live a fulfilled life. You deserve to be heard and listened to, regardless of what it sounds like and how long it takes. Do you have access to trying out psychological help again?
