Hey guys,new here. I’m worried about blocks

Hey guys,new here. I’m worried about blocks I’ve always kindof stuttered and the stuttering part doesn’t bother me at all, it’s the blocks. They’ve gotten progressively worse after high school and I can’t say my own name(for appointments,etc) It’s gotten to the point where I cry about it now bc it’s so embarrassing walking up to the counter and just standing there not saying anything while they wait like, “hello?whos the appointment for?” Idk I just wanted to not feel alone so I’m posting here. It also makes me not want to go to work. :(
