Finished my 2 out of 3 presentations On my first presentation for my research paper i was so nervous, i messed up on the first half i had too much sudden silence but i managed to be calm on the second half to the last, also i thought the presenting to many ppl who almost half im not close with or hasn't seen me talk in fornt of the class made me extra nervous. Last day, i had my presentation, 30 mins before the class i was so nervous my heart's palpitating so hard my hand and feet are so cold lmao i thought im gonna passed out but me and my friends were joking on our group chat and i kinda forgot that i was nervous i managed to stay calm and during the presentation surprisingly i didn't get nervous, i think i only have "sudden silence" once after the presentation my friends told me that i dont look nervous at all i was so chill. so i figured before the presentation we need something to distract us for us to be calm like to forget we are nervous and yes practice and practice. My last presentation is next next week so ig ill be fine again, i hope so.
