I knew a guy who stuttered in high school and he was a bully. He was racist and a pathological liar. We thought he might be a school shooter. He didn't have many friends and died very young. I don't think it's ever okay to be a bully. Look out for yourself and know your worth. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't be kind to others.
