Anyone Else with an Acquired Stutter?

Anyone Else with an Acquired Stutter? I have autism, and started noticing slight blocks with my speech around age 18-22. As I got older, the blocks got worse, and I started having trouble with other sounds, elongating W or M sounds and the like. Now I’m 30, and lose my speech entirely periodically. When I’m calm, my speech is fully fluid, but under even the smallest amount of stress, it degrades into stuttering, and if pressed, disappears completely. I saw a specialist today who described it as an acquired stutter, attributing it to a combination of autism, anxiety, and repeated trauma. Does anyone else here have a stutter that came on later in life, and appears only in specific situations?
