Hi Distinct-Heat6488, Big question, and here's what helped me: I went out on a few dozen first dates... most never made it to a second date, but the important part for me was to gain experience as quickly as possible! ​ What I learned from going on 25+ first dates was that I learned to care less what they thought of me! The word "desensitizing" is all over this community - and it does apply to dating:) Anyway, hope this is helpful!
