I’m the same way. Clearly anxiety must play a big role in stuttering, at least that’s my opinion. When we’re alone there’s no pressure to be fluent. I read lovett’s book. It helped me a bit at first, but then I kinda fell back into my old ways. Maybe I should give it another read. Look him up on twitch.tv. He live-streams his sessions.
