Recently, I have been doing stuff to make me feel better about myself. Working out, eating healthy, staying on top of school work, etc. I'm still working on changing my mindset, but that comes with time. I had a presentation last week, and I kid you not I stuttered on every fucking word. I was so embarrassed during the whole thing, but after I sat down and had a little time to think about it, I didn't feel so bad about myself. Sure, my presentation went to shit, but at least I stuck through it and took some mental notes on what to do/not to do. These experiences suck, but we all learn from them. No advice on how to talk to a cute girl though. I mostly rely on introduction through mutual friends or something like that. Also something I should work on, but f that.
