I’ve had various moments like this during life, and what helps the most is re-examining my limiting beliefs and intentions. Do you believe people will think less of you if you stutter? Is your intent to try really hard not to stutter? Then look at your beliefs and intentions when you feel relaxed when speaking. Even if it’s to animals. For me I talk to my cat, I know that he’s not judging me and just wants to be loved (and fed) my intention then changes from trying not to stutter, to expressing myself open and honestly. Maybe start by letting people know at he start of a meeting that you stutter. This alone will put you at ease and get everyone on your side. Always remember “this too shall pass”.
