Oh also also! I find when I’m getting into a really bad roll with stuttering in the classroom it’s because Im not breathing properly. I get flustered and then everything sort of falls apart. Record yourself when you’re teaching if you can and recognise where you speed up too much, where you might be able to use tone better. A lot of the time we don’t pause enough and allow silence as teachers.
