Yeah I know exactly how you feel. But don't be afraid of the world and life because of your stutter. The world is so huge, full of diverse people and there are so many opportunities out there. Don't let your stutter stop you from being yourself and experiencing the things the world has to offer. You may come across rude and arrogant people who will laugh or talk over you when you're going through a block but that's life. People will be people and you can choose who you associate yourself with and who you don't. I feel that the more you put yourself in confronting and scary situations, the more confident you become. That's something I've struggled with a lot but by socialising more, making new friends, answering the phone and even having an interview-esque conversation with someone has raised my confidence. Put yourself out there and forget that you have a stutter even though you do. When you stutter it'll trigger an annoyance in your mind that you're stuttering (when you could simply flip the tables and talk fluently) but, don't worry because no one is perfect and people do want to listen to what you have to say.
