stuttering as a teen

stuttering as a teen I'm 16 at the moment and I've been stuttering for the past few years, I've got a feeling it may have been caused by a concussion I got a few years ago but I'm not overly sure. I generally struggle with getting words out at the start of a sentence, especially words that start with letters like m, w, s, and t. I've also found myself talking quite fast and skipping letters in some words which makes it sound like I'm slurring my words and I often have to repeat sentences to people. All of these issues have affected my confidence, Which isn't helped by the fact I'm generally introverted, it's come to the point where I'm scared to put my hand up in class for fear of messing up my speech in front of classmates. Any help with getting rid of the stutter or at least becoming more confident with it would be greatly appreciated:)
