Hopefully, you've also been seeing people saying that it varies (but for the most part, it's like that) - because there's certainly variance to consider. I know I try to present things that way, just so other stutterers don't think there's something wrong with them. :) It's tricky to tell what such variance means. I don't think we need to say anything with regards physiologicality. Stutter might just appear differently in different people - and then the question becomes instead "_why_ does it appear different?"... that's what research is going to have to find out.
