The Reddit mods keep taking down my comments recurring to Lee G Lovett for no good reason but I’ll just say that if you’re looking to become more fluent than join his free program, he has helped thousands become fluent off of simply using neuroplasticity, his book isn’t too expensive either, you could also get that as well.
