I'm taking speech therapy currently on my stutter but my therapist gave valuable advice that although stuttering may not completely go away, at least you can change your mindset on it. He suggested to me that if I have to do job interviews then it's no shame to just let the interviewer know in advance that you have a stutter so it removes some of that added pressure so they can be more patient and understanding on you to finish giving your answers without interrupting. If you mention it beforehand to people then if anything, it shows a great sign of confidence that you're embracing it and it's not your fault at all that you didn't ask to have a stutter. You're trying your best!
