Hi guys! As I’ve promised, I would come back with updates. I’m on 6mg of Abilify and it’s worked wonders for more. Taking Abilify on top of forcing myself to strike up conversation every day (yes, everyday) with someone has helped a BUNCH. I’ve had a great experience with it and I’d love to hear your experiences!
