I've been researching this, and most medical professionals seems to recommend cycling off for 4 weeks after 2-3 months of using it. Also there were some concerns regarding becoming emotionally numb and also lead poisoning. I started taking it at very small dosage (<100mg, 2x/day) since last week. I also take L-Theanine with coffee in the morning. Its too early to tell, but I do feel a sense of calm before speaking. Also, I don't seem to anticipate or have racing thoughts like I used to. My focus is starting to get better, and I can spend more hours concentrating. Not sure if this is placebo effect, so I'm cautiously optimistic. On top of all this, about a month back, I started following Huberman's 'sleep' and 'focus' protocol (google them if you'd like to learn more).... so my sleep is getting better too. Hopefully things will remain positive for me.
