Try this the next time you stutter.. Try moving your right hand, arm, leg or fingers as you speak. These are all controlled by the left side of the brain, which also controls most of your speech (Broca's area). My thought is this may stimulate your left brain activity during speech. https://media1.britannica.com/eb-media/51/4351-004-718E6EE8.jpg I noticed speech came much easier when using a fidget spinner, specifically in my right hand. I am not a doctor, nor can I back this up with science. However, I've had varying degrees of success, and that continued success is helping to build my confidence.
