This happens to me every time i have an iced drink or ice cream. sometimes i even experience it from just being outside when the temperatures are below 0°C. I was surprised to find out that most people do not experience this. It seems to be quite rare, from what I could gather. It appears to be an undocumented phenomenom as i couldnt even find any articles detailing this topic.
