Yeah I'm the same, always have been, I can talk to myself nice and slowly and calm, but hell, when I speak to anyone, family or strangers I just speak so fast no-one understands me, yet in my head it's really clear, then they ask you to repeat it and you just block.., totally demoralising... I'm 61 by the way, so I've never overcome it, and never will now..
