Hi there, I am so sorry you feel this way. No one is trying to sell you anything. I am only saying that speech prostheses can be a tremendous help to those of us who stutter. According to the literature well over 50 percent of those who tried them found them to be effective in greatly reducing stuttering. They certainly worked for me. Please try them and see for yourself and tell us the results.
