Is stuttering a genetical issue

Is stuttering a genetical issue Hi, both my brother and I stutter even though we have a large age gap, and I didn't live with him for most of my life. However, we both Sutter. He started stuttering later than me tho. I want to know if this is a genetic thing (neither of my parent's stutters or the rest of my family) or if it's the environment/how we were raised?
