I would have another child, and probably will, in a heart beat. Even if he has the worst stutter of all time. I have a fulfilling life in-spite of my stutter. The possibility of having a stutter is no reason to not have a kid. He could have no stutter, he could have a stutter, he could have 3 eyes and no legs. Yes, quality of life having no legs is not the best, but if you are mad people who stutter want, and do have, kids, then I don’t think you get the point of this community. We work though our issues, not run from them or change major things in our life because of a stutter. I don’t make my stutter a disability. I make it an aspect of me, but not something that disables me. If more people thought like you, then the stigma against stutters would be worse.
