> You probably felt embarrassed but I promise that others don't give two shits if you stumble over words. This! It bothers you way more than it could ever bother someone else. >'You will become way less concerned with what other people think of you when you realize how seldom they do.' * David Foster Wallace Other people have their own problems and concerns and little solipsisms. You're only the protagonist in your own story. In theirs, you're not even a character. I realize that sounds kind of harsh, but it's also very freeing to realize that no one is really paying that much attention to you. They might know you stutter, but in the big picture of their narrative, it's entirely insignificant.
