While I understand that speaking to a person who stutters might be slower and take time I find you saying "but I'm struggling" kind of insensitive. We people who stutter are the ones actually struggling in those situations, you have no idea how hard it can be. You have no problems with speech so the only "struggle" you have while speaking to a person who stutters is having to wait longer or having to guess what they want to say....
