Exercising to reduce stutter symptoms? I work out for two weeks regularly now and I'm wondering if it will boost my confidence enough to reduce my stutter symptoms. The workout contains 1 hour of full body training to burn fat and build up muscles every second day (I also take more protein and already see the first results, which I'm super happy with).
