It’s a normal part of the process to regress, it’s actually a sign of progress if you’re regressing. If you’re feeling better but then you notice that you’re slipping, that’s because your brain is crying to gather back any sort of ‘crumbs’ or ‘scraps’ you had from that memory and tries to hold onto it until it’s out for good. I felt like I was regressing a couple of times so I launched those 2 EMDR videos, did it for 10-15 min, slept, and never had trouble again. So, it’s normal to feel like you’re regressing. Don’t get discouraged. **I felt like I was regressing but now I’m 100% fluent.** If I stopped because I was regressing, I wouldn’t have been able to fix it.
