You didn't quit!!! That's what matters! Sure, some people might be disappointed, and that's okay. You're doing the best you can do. They'll reflect and see that, too (it's hard to be open-minded in the moment). Congrats, and good luck on the next presentation!! FYI. It's okay to talk to ssslllllooowww, especially during the presentation. Easier for people to listen and understand anyway. Emotions rampant and anxiety kicks in but take your time always. When I give a presentation, I take my time. Time restrained or not, go at a pace that let's you direct the presentation, not the other way around. Good job!!
