You need to slow down when you begin to stutter and use an easy onset or light contact to transition into saying the next part of the word (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ilZwu3SEL8) You're lucky that your stammer is relevantly new, that should make it easier to get over it. I started stammering when I was 13, unlike you I would just block on words, 11 years later after going through a good speech therapy programme, I was taught the easy onset and light contact technique and now I stammer soooo much less, it's really improved my life so I hope that it works for you too.
