What's helped with me is focus on trying to change the way a word sounds. If you know trigger spots draw it out and shorten out. Stay away from massive amounts of caffeine. Deep breaths, even when talking move your toes up and down to help give a rhythm. To help with depression #1 thing that is a natural stress reliver is just watching nature or walking in nature.
