Ear complications lead to a stutter?

Ear complications lead to a stutter? Hi there. I’m a 27F and have had a mild stutter since elementary school. There have been periods in time when my stutter has gone away completely and then times where I’ve stuttered every sentence. I’ve learned what works for me, how to deal with the stress and anxiety that comes along with it, but have always wondered if it has anything to do with my hearing. When I was very young my first set of tubes that were put in my ears were lodged in my ears, not dissolving as they’re supposed to. I then had get a second set. This resulted in many ear complications to come, such as severe pain in high altitudes, clogging, ringing, and loss of hearing. I haven’t been tested for my hearing since middle school, but find that it’s often difficult for me to hear and in turn speak loudly. I always wondered if maybe this impacted my speech. Anyone else have a similar experience or knowledge in this subject? Thank you in advance.
