I started off watching free videos by Michael Williams on YouTube between 2010 and 2012, specifically his 21 Steps to Start Speaking Smoothly & Confidently series. This helped a little. In 2016, I did the Intensive Group Therapy program at the Speech & Stuttering Institute in Toronto. It was impactful, but not a complete cure. I spent about $2,400 CAD. Then in 2020, during the pandemic, I enrolled in Michael Williams' Pro90D program. This was also impactful and I got to work with Michael over several sessions. However, it wasn't a magic bullet. I believe I paid around $2,000 USD.
