I can speak Spanish decently (conversational, enough to survive in a Spanish speaking country) and ever since I began to learn Spanish in first grade, I stutter drastically less when I speak Spanish opposed to English. I always thought it had to do with the general cadence or rhythm or even speed of speaking Spanish compared to English; it forced my brain to think about it differently.
