I had it from the beginning, that when it try to start a sentence I just can't speak, instead my lungs decide to suck up so much air I look like a balloon with a stroke. Blocking words as in skipping words never happened to me bcs I stutter on any start of any syllable that starts with a or e, which is so common in my language that I would have to ban >75% of words.
