My name starts with a J so its not that hard not to stutter on it. A lot of times I was totally blocked si now I'm saying "My name is J..." and I never stutter on it. So I would say, try to find a way to start your sentence like a little "You can call me J..." Instead of just trying to say your name and stammering on it. A lot of times saying a single word can be wayy more challenging than saying a micro sentence
