Hard time saying name..

Hard time saying name.. today i had to register myself and i just could not say my name . I choked for like 10 secs and everyone around me was waiting for me. Whenever i have to say my name i stutter heavily. While practicing just seconds before i do not stutter but when the time comes it's always the same. Because of this incident my confidence went super low and now i stutter even more .Any advice guys?
