For me, if i start to stutter over a block i stop talking. (forcing it, never works) i take a breath in and then a breath out, on the Exhale i try again. The exhale breath relaxes all of the muscles in your throat. Sometimes if I'm having a bad day, i tap my foot per each word to slow myself down. I doubt i will ever be 100% fluent, but I'm so much better than where i was.
