Bad Nights Sleep threw off language Has anybody ever noticed a drop off in language fluency following a bad nights sleep? I’ve been battling with my stutter since I’ve been able to speak but lately we’ve been on the same page in a sense. I would have my occasional hiccups but it was nothing too drastic that made me feel incompetent. Last night I decided to crash on the couch because I was too lazy to make it to the bedroom, the whole night I wasn’t able to get fully comfortable, I spent the whole night tossing and turning. When I woke up I had a terrible migraine which left me feeling terrible. This was followed by extreme incomprehension in my speech and my overall mood. I’m just curious if anybody has dealt with something similar to this?
