You have many true or false points, in my opinion. I don't think there are more good people than bad in the world. But since this is not a very relevant discussion to this sub, I don't need to delve into it. I'm a person with moderate to severe stutter and I have been facing discrimination in all my life, even currently in medical school. I'm not constantly negative. Mostly I became indifferent as I got older. I don't care. I speak in a relaxed manner even if in the case of severe block. But this doesn't stop people from discriminating me. So, in conclusion, depressive pessimism or unrealistic optimism, both are bad. Both are heartbreaking. No, it is not 'all about your mindset', but your mindset can at least make a difference, this is it.
