Any proven way to not stutter block anymore without speech therapy? Open to any lifestyle change or anything as long as it leads to my stutter not on the severe spectrum. Can you give a list of the things to do and not do. It can even be off personal experience I am asian and in asian culture my parents dont believe in speech therapy as a fix so i need to find other ways to fix it and I hate speech blocking every word so I just want to fix myself become more confident, go at least a minute without a block and have better self esteem.
