I’m a senior level engineer for a large company, and I would absolutely never turn someone down due to a stutter. Good workers are not easy to come by and even the most severe forms of stuttering does not impact performance in my line of work. I believe you can/will find a great job if you keep on working hard and never give up on the search. Dont even stress over it
