My stutter is so obvious I pretty much have to mention it if I'm going to be trying to say anything extensive to anyone who isn't just a passing stranger. Otherwise between the blocks and weird faces people are even more freaked out or think something else is seriously wrong. If you mean discussing it at length (as opposed to just mentioning I have a stutter), no, I don't do that with anyone besides some of my family members. People find it awkward to talk about anyway.
